We have our first coffee shop chain on board! We are HUGE fans of the brilliant Small Batch Coffee Company, who have 9 branches across Brighton, Hove and Worthing, plus a roastery in Portslade too.
Repeatedly listed and voted as one of the best places to get truly great coffee from real coffee nerd in the area, Small Batch Coffee Company already do brilliant things with regards the ethics of their sourcing. They are also fantastic supporters of Surfers Against Sewage locally – offering up free coffees to SAS Beach Clean Attendees and also offering free water refills in each of their locations. It is great they have now extended their good actions into their packaging – by removing plastic straws completely and replacing them with very smart red and white stripy paper alternatives.
