"I am a keen environmentalist and social media campaigner alongside my full time job as an independent teacher of English as a foreign language. I want to effect change in my local area and community and in the UK and in the world. As well trying to reduce my own plastic pollution, I sign and post many campaigns, I am an active member of many anti plastic Facebook sites and actively take part in activities such as rewilding projects, Keep Britain tidy and local community work.  

I want to take the fight against plastic pollution to the next level ion 2018 so this is why I am joining the Plastic Free Pledge. I want to unite individuals and groups and communities to fight this together so we can make real strides this year and changes for the next generation."
